      At your slip or yard, we measure and list every piece.

    3. Sew

      Patterned and sewn in our Fort Lauderdale shop.

    4. Install

      Fitted aboard and checked with the captain.

    Yacht upholstery covers outdoor seating on the flybridge, aft deck and bow as well as cushions and soft goods inside. Outdoor pieces are sewn in marine grade vinyl or Sunbrella fabric over quick-dry foam. Interior pieces follow the yacht's existing fabrics and colors. We measure on board at the marina or yard and return to fit each piece.

    Questions about yacht upholstery

    What is the best fabric for marine upholstery?

    Marine grade vinyl for seating in sun and spray. Sunbrella upholstery fabric for covered areas where a woven feel is wanted. Inside, the choice follows the yacht's interior.

    What is the difference between marine vinyl and upholstery vinyl?

    Marine vinyl is made for outdoor use, with UV and mildew inhibitors. Regular upholstery vinyl is made for indoor furniture and fades and cracks sooner in the sun.

    How much does yacht upholstery cost?

    It is priced per piece, from $200 per cushion, from $150 per backrest and from $400 per sunpad set. We quote each piece after measuring on board.

    Do you measure on board?

    Yes. We measure and template on board at the marina or yard in Broward County, and across South Florida by arrangement.
