A custom cushion starts with a template taken from the boat, not from a catalog size. Seat cushions that see spray and rain get quick-dry reticulated foam so water runs through instead of soaking in. Covers are sewn in marine grade vinyl with PTFE or UV polyester thread, and fasteners are matched to the ones already on the boat. Cabin cushions that stay dry can use a denser foam for comfort.

Recovering an existing cushion starts from $200, and new quick-dry foam adds from $75 per cushion. A new cushion built from a template is quoted from your photos and measurements.
